Actually everything was great, my next choice again in Richmond. Plenty of supplies in the room: an individual safe, pay television and a writing table. Pool was well-maintained too. Exceptionally comfortable hotel in downtown area.

I loved staff and location. The rooms with a double queen bed, great views. Would recommend this place and will be back.

Food was EXCELLENT and I have nothing but relaxing memories from this trip. The staff was extremely friendly, the room was non-smoking. Particularly nice view, a good balcony, perfect bed, too. Plenty of various drinks, such as beers and juices in the bar.

Facilities were pretty nice, nevertheless Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

Silent rooms, exceptional service. I got free upgrade and loved it. The workers were responsive! Top location, within walking distance of new area. A well-maintained hotel in Richmond.

Gorgeous breakfast, heated pool, incredibly kind staff. Room had an amazing bathroom and central heating, a safe and a writing table. Exceptional view. Service in the hotel was fantastic too.

Lobby was impressive. Hotel was fairly clean. We didn't have time and didn't visit the attached restaurant, but it seemed relaxed. The easy check-in process too.

Nothing beats being in Omni Richmond. There's sam miller's restaurant with nice shots so close to the venue😀😃😀

Worth its 4 stars. Great location and free breakfast with many choices. Their valet is the best!

The bathrooms are old. The room was small, we expected better.
